After two years of being held virtually, the 17th Basanta Utsav was recently organized by the Bangiya Sanskriti Samsad. This year, the event took place in a hybrid mode. Based on the spring theme, the cultural program offered an electric mix of songs by Rabindranath Tagore along with recitations by modern-day Bengali poets.
