Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC) celebrated its first anniversary, on September 5. Titled ‘Lucknow Metro Diwas’, the celebrations included a host of activities with the highlight being a music performance by the in-house band of the LMRC. Held at the Transport Nagar Metro Depot, the celebrations were kicked off with the inauguration of a photo exhibition of LMRC’s progress in the past year by Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh. The CM also unveiled the Lucknow Metro mascot and its mobile app at the newly built auditorium at the depot.
