The all-new Lucknow-Delhi Tejas Express, India's first private semi-high speed train, was flagged off by UP CM Yogi Adityanath from Lucknow Junction cabway, in Charbagh today. The Lucknow-Delhi Tejas Express will have only two halts — Kanpur and Ghaziabad and the train will run on all days, except Tuesday. The high-speed train will cover the distance between Lucknow and Delhi in 6 hours and 15 minutes only, the shortest duration of any train running between the two cities.
