Music producer East Coast Vijayan has many hit music albums to his credit, such as Ninakkai, Ormakkai, Aadyamaai and so on. The songs from his albums are still evergreen hits, such as Ormakkayiniyoru Snehageetham, Iniyarkkumarodum, Ariyaathe Vannu Nee and the like. He is now turning a movie director, through the upcoming film Chila New Gen Naattuviseshangal. The movie has Suraj Venjaramood, Hareesh Kanaran, Nedumudi Venu Akhil Prabhakar, Sivakami, Sonu etc as part of the cast. Its audio launch was recently held in Kochi.
