The colourful canvas exhibited at artist Maya Gomez’s house at Jawahar Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram speaks on various subjects that struck her mind. The two-day exhibition organised by the artist at her residence showcased around 80 paintings under the title Auguries of Innocence. The topics she portrayed on canvas vary from beauty, feeling and thoughts of a woman to different hues of folk art forms. We spotted Priya Praveen, Lakshmi Bala, Anitha, Latha Kurien Rajeev, Daphine Gomez, Keith and Vernon Gomez who indulged in art appreciation at the do with artist Maya.
