For 16-year-old Taru Jain, Monday became the happiest day of her life. The girl became the all-India CBSE class X topper, scoring 499/500 — sharing the slot with 12 other toppers. Receiving congratulatory phone calls from relatives, friends, neighbours et al, Taru, who is a student at Saint Angela Sophia School in Jaipur, feels like a celebrity now.
