It was an evening of nostalgia when late actor Tom Alter’s fans, theatre actors and his family members, gathered to celebrate his 68th birth anniversary. Anjuman Taraqqi Urdu (Hind), an organisation that promotes Urdu, in association with Pierrot Troupe, a theatre group that has performed many plays with Tom, organised an event – Tom Kya Gaye Ke – to bring back the actor on the stage through his plays.
