Amdavadis’ love for Khichdi has managed to bring it out of people’s homes and into restaurant’s and café’s menus. Multiple eateries in the city have started serving the humble khichdi alongside other dishes. In addition to this, few restaurants in the city also have a menu dedicated solely to khichdi.
