Winnie Greco Gives Bizarre Response After 'Cash In Chips Bag' Scandal At NYC Mayor's Campaign Office

NYC Mayor Eric Adams's top aide Winnie Greco caught in bizarre ‘cash-in-chips-bag’ bribe scandal. But her response to it after getting exposed is even more bizarre. She shrugged it off as a 'mix-up' and dubbed it 'a culture thing'. Greco ran into The City's Katie Honan outside the mayor's new campaign office in Harlem. She later offered a bag of potato chips to the reporter and insisted on her to take it. When Honan later opened the bag, stuffed inside were several $20 bills with at least one $100. The City exposed her 'failed payoff' but Greco claimed she 'accidently' handed it out. WATCH-
