Prince William recently met with Robert Irwin, son of the late Steve Irwin, in Cape Town as part of his Earthshot Prize campaign. The two embarked on a hike up Signal Hill alongside Cape Town's Mayor, Geordin Hill-Lewis, to promote biodiversity conservation. During the outing, William and Irwin highlighted the importance of environmental awareness and took the opportunity to speak with park rangers, conservationists, and environmental experts at Cape Floral Kingdom, a World Heritage site. William is currently in South Africa to attend the Earthshot Prize awards on November 6, an event recognising significant individual contributions to environmental conservation efforts.
