Fashion designer Kate Spade found dead in her New York apartment

It was a rather sad Tuesday for the fashion industry, as famous American fashion designer Kate Spade was found dead in her Park Avenue based apartment in New York. According to initial reports, Spade committed suicide as a note indicating the same was discovered by her housekeeper a few hours after the incident.
