SIT attaches Shobha Yatra organiser’s property over Nalanda violence case

The SIT attached the property of Shobha Yatra organiser and Bajrang Dal District Convenor Kundan Kumar over the Nalanda violence case in Bihar on April 08. Fearing the possibility of the same fate, 7 persons involved in the case surrendered to the police. Investigation on the rest of the people involved in the case is going on. “Arrests are being done. People on the run are also being investigated. We have received permission from the Court. 7 persons have already surrendered,” Nalanda Superintendent of Police Ashok Mishra said. The accused were involved in the Nalanda violence that erupted in Bihar on the day of the Ram Navami.
