MoS Home Affairs, Nityanand Rai on April 02, said that Bihar’s legal system is messed up. While addressing the media persons, Nityanand Rai said, “Bihar’s legal system is absolutely messed up. Looking at the figures of March, where around 4 dozen rapes took place, where more than 200 suspicious deaths took place, what could be the situation there. The government here has nothing to do with development and life and property. Criminals are getting protection here.”
