Bihar agriculture minister Prem Kumar said that a show cause notice has been issued to the agriculture officer in Araria, who misbehaved with a homeguard. The minister further said that an enquiry has been constituted and action will also be taken. The govt officer lost his cool when he was stopped by a homeguard at a check post and asked for his identity card in Bihar's Araria. The agriculture official then forced the homeguard to do sit ups for trying to enforce lockdown rules.
