Nagpur: 36 kg explosives seized from Lucknow-Chennai express, 1 held

A 38-year-old man was arrested while ferrying 36-kg low grade explosives in a train. Anil Nigam had boarded the general coach of Lucknow-Chennai express from Unnao near Kanpur. He was arrested in Nagpur during a routine patrolling by Railway protection force (RPF), central railways.
