The wife of an extortionist tried to escape from a GRP cop by jumping in front of a train in Mumbai. But she slipped and fell down on the track. The cop risked his life and caught her again. Her husband Bablu Thakur is also an extortionist and husband and wife allegedly used to extort hawkers at Dadar station and nearby flower market. They have made investments in nine apartments and gold jewellery out of extortion money. Husband has also been arrested.
