Mumbai: 2 pregnant women forced to sleep on a single bed in Sion hospital

A shocking case of medical apathy has come to light from a municipal hospital at Sion in Mumbai where 2 pregnant women were forced to share a single bed in the hospital. The hospital authorities have blamed BMC officials stating that the officials didn't allowed them to purchase more beds for the hospital which makes the patients suffer. However, there has been no assurance on the part of authorities for an investigation in the matter to punish the guilty in this case so far.
