Covid 19: WHO praises Mumbai's Dharavi containment strategies

WHO’s Director General praised the successful efforts for the containment of the coronavirus in Mumbai’s Dharavi slum. He gave Dharavi as an example of locations which are densely packed but where a focus on community engagement as well as the basic tenets of testing, tracing, isolation and treatment resulted in breaking the chain of transmission.
