Speaking over court summons Lyricist and Writer Javed Akhtar in Actor Kangana Ranaut’s intimidating and insult case, Kangana Ranaut’s Advocate Rizwan Siddiqui said the case was filed on the basis of extortion, intimidation and insult to modesty under section 509. Adding further, he informed that the Andheri court has issued a summons to Javed Akhtar under sections 506 and 509. He added that Akhtar’s Advocate was focusing on Kangana Ranaut’s interview which was given and his focus is on the interview given on basis of what happened to Kangana Ranaut fortunately, the evidence which was led in the witness box happened to be in Kangana’s interest on a large scale.
