SIT probing Lakhimpur-Kheri violence says it was a planned conspiracy

The Special Investigation Team probing the Lakhimpur-Kheri incident of October 3 has now concluded that it was not an act of negligence, but a planned conspiracy. Accordingly, the SIT has moved court seeking addition of attempt to murder charges and charges of volunatarily causing hurt against 13 accused, including Union minister Ajay Mishra Teni’s son Ashish.
