Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath claimed that people who were afraid to visit temples earlier are now calling Lord Ram and Krishna as their own. "Those who were earlier afraid to go to temples, due to their fear of being labelled as communal, are now saying Ram is mine, Krishna is also mine", CM Adityanath said at an event in Mathura. "For the first time in independent India, President of the country visited Ayodhya and saw the construction of the Ram Temple. This was made possible under PM Modi's new India," he added.
