On cam: SP MLA Rakesh Pratap Singh thrashes BJP leader’s husband inside police station

Samajwadi Party MLA Rakesh Pratap Singh and his supporters thrashed the husband of a BJP leader inside the premises of Gauriganj police station in Amethi. Many policemen were present inside the police station but Rakesh Pratap Singh landed several blows on Deepak Singh - husband of BJP leader Rashmi Singh - before the cops could intervene. Rakesh Pratap Singh accused Deepak Singh of abusing him while he was sitting on protest. Rashmi Singh is fighting municipal polls on BJP ticket.
