Meerut: Man who attacked police tests positive for Covid-19

A man who attacked police has tested positive for coronavirus in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut. After this man's reports came out, four police personnel have been sent under quarantine. The police vehicles have been sanitised and two police officials have been also sent under quarantine who had handled the case. A scuffle had broken out between the police and locals on April 11. The city magistrate fell on the ground and sustained injuries during the scuffle."We have arrested four people including the Imam of the mosque and will take action against them under the National Security Act, " Meerut SSP Ajay Sahni had said.
