Pictures of gross negligence of the health department have come to the fore from a government hospital in Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh, where the video of a home guard doing X-rays of patients is going viral on social media. There has been an uproar in the department after the video went viral. On the other hand, the District Magistrate has asked to investigate the matter.
