The prisoner who was brought from the District Jail to the Medical College for dialysis in Hardoi created a ruckus. The prisoner was not ready to go with the police from the Medical College, he was adamant that the police will do his encounter. During this, the ruckus went on for a long time and in the end the policemen were convinced, after which he left for the district jail along with the policemen.
