Yogeshwari Katyan Tripathi, an Intelligence Bureau official and a professor, is all set to become Kinnar Akhara's second non-transgender seer. Yogeshwari would be the second non-kinnar seer of the akhara after Raajrajeshwari Shiva Priya was appointed as the international mahamandaleshwar (for both men's and women's wing) on February 11. Yogeshwari hails from a Brahmin family in Palamu district. She completed her initial studies in Sarguja, Chhattisgarh and joined DU's Sri Venkateswara College. A gold medallist in an undergraduate course, she completed her diploma in mass communication and joined the Intelligence Bureau as a wireless in charge. Later, she joined a degree college as an assistant professor. She also served as the pithaadhishvar of Bageshwari Shakti Peeth of North East India in Koderma to fulfil her social service desire.
