Caught on camera: Lucknow University teachers attacked

In a shocking incident, teachers at Lucknow University were attacked inside the campus by goons of some political party. Few University guards as well as over a dozen teachers were injured in the incident, which was caught on CCTV cameras. Teachers allege that outsiders who were involved in the attack claim themselves to be Samajwadi Party workers. After the incident, the Lucknow University has been closed indefinitely. As a result, counselling for admission has also been stopped. Police have arrested three persons in connection with the incident.
