Adipurush received a lot of criticism from many quarters for its content and the dialogues. Now the latest in this criticism row has come from Allahabad High court. The court said that the film has put the tolerance of to test and that it was fortunate that the community did not create any law and order situation. Questioning the Central Board of Film Certification or popularly known as CBFC for clearing the film for public viewing, the court also directed for notice to be issued to Manoj Muntashir, the dialogue writer of the film, and make him a party in the case. The court's observations came while hearing two PILs filed by Kuldeep Tiwari and Naveen Dhawan seeking restriction on screening of the film.
