PMLA court convicts Arun Mukherjee in Rose Valley scam

A special PMLA court has convicted Arun Mukherjee in Rose Valley scam. The central investigation agency had registered an FIR against the firm, its Chairman Gautam Kundu and others in 2014 under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The court has sentenced him a rigorous imprisonment of seven years. The court has also slapped a fine of Rs 2.5 lakh.
