Want to bring BJP to power in Kerala: E Sreedharan

E Sreedharan, after joining BJP, said that he decided to join the party because he wanted to do something substantial for the state. The 88-year-old engineer said he had been a party supporter from the beginning and he is open to become the chief minister of the state if BJP comes to power. Sreedharan further slammed the two political fronts of Kerala- the UDF and the LDF- for not governing the state properly. "They are more concerned about protecting their party interests rather than the development of the state. Also, they have been constantly fighting with the Central government which is hindering the state’s development. For the development of the state, we should go together with the Centre and now only BJP can do that," he added.
