Kerala: MoSV Muraleedharan calls University Law bill against the ‘UGC Guidelines’

Union Minister V Muraleedharan on December 17 reacted to the University Law bill passed in the state of Kerala. While speaking to ANI he said that " The legislation that has been brought in the assembly and has been passed, I'm not clear whether the state government has done the required homework on that. Because it's against the UGC Guidelines and the Central government act.I don't understand why they're wasting money and holding legislation only for enacting such a bill. Ultimately why the Chancellor is being changed?."
