Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan: 'Hindi can't be main language'

Kerala CM P Vijayan has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi while seeking his intervention after Parliamentary panel recommended Hindi Language as a medium of instruction as technical and non-technical higher educational institutions. He said Hindi cannot be imposed in state.
