After about five months of remaining shut, gyms and yoga fitness centres in Kerala were allowed to open on August 5, Wednesday. And, the fitness enthusiasts of the State were beyond excited, after missing out on their precious little sessions of workout. Though there are many new regulations in place like masks, gloves, temperature checking and more, they seem to be ready to follow them all, to stay fit. Actress Mrudula Murali, who headed to gym on August 6, shows us how things are different in gyms, now.
