Shocking: Traffic home guard tries to stop car, gets dragged on bonnet in Rajasthan's Bikaner

A traffic home guard was driven for about 200 metres on the bonnet of a car in Rajasthan's Bikaner. The driver of the car did this brutal act after the home guard on duty tried to stop the vehicle as it was plying on the wrong side of the road and violating traffic rules. The traffic violator is yet to be traced.
