Rajasthan Minister Pratap Singh Kachariyawas met the protesting widows of Pulwama Martyrs in Jaipur on March 07 and shared their agony with the media. While speaking to ANI, he said, “Respecting widows and protecting their rights is our moral responsibility. These protesting were misbehaved and were assaulted by the police while they were on their way to the Governor’s office. I request the Kirodi Lal Meena (MLA) to take a look into the matter and get it solved as it is not a good omen for widowed women to sit on protest on the occasion of Holi.”
