Rajasthan’s law and order situation is top-notch: Congress’ Parsadi Lal Meena

Excise Minister of Rajasthan, Parsadi Lal Meena took a jibe at BJP for blaming the Rajasthan government over poor law and order situation in the state. He said that after the Jodhpur incident, the police pursued the criminals to 100 kms and nabbed them within two hours.He said, “Rajasthan’s law and order situation is top-notch, those who think otherwise should do some self-introspection. There isn’t a single crime in which the assailants haven’t been caught. They (BJP) won’t admit this. The morale of the police should be boosted instead of demoralizing them.” He also blamed the Manipur government for starting an investigation after two months over the Manipur sexual assault case in which two women were paraded naked. Speaking about the sacking of Rajasthan minister Rajendra Guda, he said, “He should have thought before making his statement. Such ministers’ existence in the party is insignificant. It is the right of the Chief Minister to decide who should and should not remain in the party.” Rajasthan government on July 21 sacked its minister of state Rajendra Singh Gudha. According to the Governor’s House, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot recommended that Governor Kalraj Mishra remove the minister. The Governor accepted the recommendation of the Chief Minister with immediate effect.
