Hyderabad: Youth, who tested positive for driving under influence of alcohol, given clean chit by hospital

A Hyderabad youth, who tested positive when subjected to breathalyzer test by traffic personnel, was later declared ‘not driving under influence of alcohol’ by a doctor of the Osmania General Hospital (OGH).
