Without exemptions NGT allows odd-even formula in Delhi

The National Green Tribunal allowed the Arvind Kejriwal led Delhi government to implement the odd-even car rationing scheme from November 13 to 17 with very people exempt this time around. So, unlike the last time the scheme was implemented, two-wheelers, government servants and women will also have to follow the car rationing scheme.
