Soumya Viswanathan murder case: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal asks chief secy to appoint spl public prosecutor

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has directed chief secretary to ensure immediate appointment of a special public prosecutor in Soumya Viswanathan murder trial case. Kejriwal said,"the absence of the public prosecutor is absolutely shocking." Soumya's parents had pointed out the absence of a public prosecutor during the past few hearings. Sowmya’s father, MK Vishwanathan, appealed to CM to seek the appointment of a special prosecutor.
