Matter should be handed over to CBI: Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s Advocate

Advocate of Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, AK Singh on November 07 said that the matter of payment to AAP should be handed over to the CBI. Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar had written a letter to Delhi LG Vinai Kumar Saxena alleging about his payment of Rs 50 crore to AAP for the promise of a Rajya Sabha seat. AK Singh, Advocate of Sukesh Chandrashekhar on his letter to Delhi LG said, “The letter has 3 names Satyendar Jain, Arvind Kejriwal & Kailash Gahlot. The deal took place at farmhouse of Kailash Gahlot as per the allegation in the 2nd complaint. There should be a fair inquiry. The purpose of the letter is that the matter be handed over to CBI. It's a subsequent complaint with the new angle that after the first complaint, threat and pressure on Sukesh to withdraw the complaint has increased.”
