There have been many incidents when online customers received fake or damaged products on the online shopping portal Flipkart. This has raised serious concern regarding the credibility of the e-commerce portal. One such incident has been reported from the national capital, where a man, who ordered an iPhone receive a dummy phone along with three batteries and a pair of earphone, all packaged in an iPhone box.
