Lockdown 3.0: Delhi man alleges negligence by cops and wine shop owners

As wine shops in Delhi reopened for the second day, chaos and confusion struck again amongst shopkeepers and buyers. A man outside a Laxmi Nagar liquor shop alleged negligence by the sho owners and cops in maintaining social distancing. The man said, ‘I am here since 6 am. The shop was supposed to open at 9 am but police arrived at 8:55 am...who will be responsible if something untoward happens here? We have no issue with 70% tax, it's like a donation from us to country.’
