EC issues notice to Kapil Mishra for his controversial tweet

The Election Commission has issued a notice to BJP leader Kapil Mishra for his tweet on Delhi polls. After receiving the notice, he said, " I received a notice from the Election Commission last night, I'll give my reply today. I don't think I said anything wrong. Speaking truth is not a crime in this country. I spoke the truth. I stand by my statement." Kapil Mishra had called delhi polls as India versus Pakistan. he had said, " 'Mini Pakistans’ have been created at many places in Delhi."
