CAA protests: Section 144 imposed in areas near Red Fort, several protesters detained

Section 144 has been implemented in the national capital in the areas near the Red Fort. Under Section 144, an assembly of more than 4 people in an area is prohibited. Incidents of violence were between police and anti-CAA protestors and rioting near areas like Seelampur has led to t the measures being taken. Protestors have also been detained in the Red Fort area.
