Delhi: Rains lead to snarls, vehicles submerged at Pul Prahladpur underpass

Rains in Delhi led to waterlogging at different places in the city. Traffic jams were reported from many places in the city. Vehicles seen submerged in water at Pul Prahladpur underpass near Badarpur. Meanwhile, Minto Bridge saw no water-logging due to the prompt response from the authorities.
