Delhi Metro increases number of trains to fight air pollution

The Delhi Metro rail Corporation has introduced 21 more trains from October 31 as a way to fight air pollution by encouraging commuters to use the metro. These trains will help the DMRC make 812 additional trips. The Environment Pollution Control Board has urged the people to use public transport till November 10 as Delhi’s air quality has worsened over the past two weeks.
