Delhi government issues circular to make school bags lighter

The Delhi government has issued a circular following the central government's recent guidelines which directed that the state governments should ensure that students of class 1-10 should not carry heavy bags. The circular adds that there should be no homework assigned to children in classes 1 & 2.
