The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has arrested a convicted serial killer. He had jumped parole in January this year and gone underground. The 62-year-old convict had been serving a life sentence at the Central Jail in Jaipur in a murder case. He was behind bars for about 16 years. The kidnappings and murders the accused committed were linked to a kidney racket. Having a BAMS degree, Sharma was later referred to as Dr Death.
