Delhi CEO moves EC against AAP MLA

The Delhi Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) wrote to the Election Commission (EC) of India, seeking action against Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanullah Khan on May 2. AAP parties salary distribution to IMAM and their helpers have been found as a violation of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC). The incident came forward when a picture of Amanatullah Khan distributing salaries to the IMAM and their helpers when the MCC was in place.
