Delhi, can you pass this new driving test?

It seems like Delhiites will have to jump through hoops to get their driving licence now – or at least drive around in loops. With the capital’s first automated driving test centre at Sarai Kale Khan seeing a failure of more than 50%, getting a permanent driving licence has become quite difficult for south Delhi residents.
